After *literally* thousands of requests over the last few years, we’ve been working to bring you the social wardrobe app you’ve always wanted. We are SO excited to share the new social features with you.
This is our first iteration of Whering Social, meaning even more social features are coming soon. Let us know what you want to see next by getting in touch with our feedback team.

What’s new on Whering: Social Launch
See friends’ wardrobes and share yours
Get full access to your bestie's closet whenever and wherever you are. Like what you see? Pin outfits from their wardrobe to your canvas when creating looks to keep inspiration top of mind.
Share your wardrobe with friends when you need help deciding what to wear. You can still share your Whering wardrobe with people who aren’t already on the app, just send them a link to view your closet and they can see everything.
Style outfits for friends
You can now follow people on Whering and style outfits for them. Whether you're seeking style inspiration from Wherers worldwide or styling your besties, you can explore thousands of public wardrobes and create outfits using their items.
How to Use: Visit the community homepage to find profiles and view their closets. Tap the Style button to create an outfit for them. Submit the outfit, and they can choose to save it to their wardrobe.
It’s the ultimate styling challenge.
Friends can style outfits for you
Your friends can style outfits for you too! Forget TikTok trends and blanket style advice– see your wardrobe in a new light and get styled by someone who knows you well.
Benefit: Say goodbye to outfit indecision before events or nights out. Now, you can all help each other decide what to wear. If you don’t like the outfit they’ve created, you can opt not to add it to your wardrobe and find it in the ‘Style Submissions’ section of the app.
See your friends’ Wishlists
Everyone has at least one friend with incredible taste who always finds the cutest pieces. With Whering Social, you can see your friends’ Wishlists (or Wishlishs of Wherers worldwide) to discover what items they’re eyeing up and get inspired. If you see something you like, you can add it to your Wishlist in one tap.
Need to get them a gift? Browse their Wishlist on Whering and find a present they're bound to love.
The benefits don't stop there. Help your friend decide if they should buy something by heading into their Wishlist and seeing it yourself, so you can give your honest opinions.
See your friends’ Moodboards
If you’re stuck for inspiration, see where your friends get their outfit ideas by peeking into their Moodboard. If you find something you love you can pin it to canvas to refer back to when styling a look.
Community page
Find and follow friends on the community homepage to curate your inner style circle. If you don’t have friends on the Whering app, you can find public profiles to follow and create outfits for.
Privacy
If you don’t want to share your profile with the Whering community, that’s fine! You can make your profile private in Settings, so anyone who wants to follow you has to request you before they can see into your wardrobe.

Hide items, Moodboards and Wishlists
Want to get styled by friends but not sure you want them to see everything in your wardrobe? We get it, that’s why we’ve made it possible to private specific items so you can feel comfortable with others browsing your closet.
To hide an item, open your wardrobe and tap the eye icon at the top to remove it from public view.
You can also private Moodboards and Wishlists if you’re not ready to share them with the world just yet. Open Privacy Settings to choose what people see.
