We launched our exclusive Supporter Club last month, giving Wherers who want to be part of our mission the chance to contribute to our cause in exchange for exciting perks– including feedback calls with the founder of Whering.
It was great to see that so many of you were excited by the opportunity to support us! Our first founder feedback forum is officially sold out– more dates to be announced. We’re so grateful and excited by our global community. Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far.

I’m a tattoo artist, I adore vintage fashion and I’m very interested in politics, especially women’s & LGBT rights as they affect me directly.
What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
I absolutely love the app and use it daily, and I haven’t supported an app financially before so it felt natural to support something that’s been so useful to me. I find I use more of my wardrobe which leads to me making less purchases, and that’s what I hope it can do for others as well.

What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
I‘ve been a huge fan of the app since 2020, I‘ve been so loyal so I figured I need to support my favourite app.

I’m a waitress so I usually wear work clothes, but when I have a chance to go out I love to dress up! I don’t have just one style, and I love to get clothes and accessories I like rather than worry about what other people think of them. My favorite seasons are fall and winter, so I can’t wait til it starts getting cooler and I can layer up more.
What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
I couldn’t find any other apps that would help me organize my clothes and plan out outfits like Whering. And after using it I thought it deserved to be supported. I also would love for my friends to use the app and help me decide what to wear or what to pack before we go out together! I also hope maybe I can get better pictures of my clothes to upload.

What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
I have been a Whering user for 2 years now and have loved all the updates. I love to be motivated to wear clothes that I haven’t used in a while. Like “remember me?” An old outfit I used or an item that hasn’t gotten worn in a while. Thrifting tips, styling 101 and more!

I love the app. It helped me become more creative in terms of the clothes I wear. I was a very plain jane person. With the app I have become more open to ideas. I want others to be able to do the same.

I’ve been using Whering for a while now. I’ve even shared it with my friends. Whering has helped me to discover my style while still being efficient. When I can’t figure out what to wear for the day I always go on Whering and look for inspo. It also helped me to be more mindful of what I buy and how much I buy.

I'm an auld wummin. At least if you measure it in tiredness and aches. Colour is my first love, as a child I had the most intense desire to learn all the colours by name, when my peers were singing rainbows, I was learning lilac, peach, teal, ochre, vermillion, periwinkle, umber, mauve. I could never choose a favourite.
What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
I could have bought a book, but that would be forgotten.
I've had a document on PC, since 1998, of my wrdrb, with pictures, descriptions, etc. I used to print it out and use it as a checklist, heart, tick, or X.
I've tried various other apps of this idea, but I just feel like whering is the program I wished that document would have been all along.

What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
The app has really helped me streamline my wardrobe. I no longer forget what I have in my closet from season to season, which means I don't overshop for things I already have. I would like to be able to take notes on my outfits, and also be able to link clothing items to other items that work well together. Would love a yearly round up of my most and least used clothing, as well as how many outfits I've created, how many new things I've bought, and how much I've archived/donated.

I work as graphic/motion designer. I have loved clothes and fashion as long as I can remember, and shop a mix of secondhand and new. I also love the occasional ’fika’ or picnic with friends😊
What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
It’s my favourite app right now (especially after the social update) and would like to keep it free for those who can’t support + personally like it not being a monthly subscription fee or any ads.

Wardrobe essential: White shirt & jewellery
As a lawyer, easily pulling together considered outfits is vital for me to feel organised and confident. I am currently training for various sports events and am more pressed for time than ever. However, I will always find time to walk my two dogs, cook with my husband or catch up with friends.
What made you want to join the Supporter Club?
I love this app, I tell everyone about it and I am so reliant on it. I’ve spent hours (and some) pouring in information and uploading items, pulling together outfits and lookbooks. I am so excited to see Whering grow and just want the team to succeed.
I find I feel more organised and have definitely bought less since using the app. I’d love the social feature to grow, e.g. a feed showing what someone has uploaded recently. Plus the ability to put out a lookbook and request outfit submissions from followers based on the idea/ concept/ event named.

I am majoring in data analytics/science but I get to be creative in my day-to-day through fashion! I have spent what feels like weeks uploading my closet onto Whering but it’s truly one of my favourite pastimes to be able to create new combinations.

I’m addicted to planning and documenting my outfits. I go to a lot of events and friends parties and I used to destroy my room trying on different outfits, but now i’m always first to be ready.
