You can add tags, brands, occasions, or seasons to multiple outfits at a time with our mass tagging tool. Simply long press on an outfit in your wardrobe, select as many as you want and tap 'More' from the options that appear on the lower bar. From here, select whether you want to add a tag, brand, or season to the selected items.

The data you enter in the styling quiz is recorded by our AI to offer you a complete style profile that gives real insight into your personal preferences. 

Open the Styling tab (the sparkles icon on the lower bar) and tap 'Start chat' in the blue box labelled 'Ask Mona'. Choose from the set prompts or type your own message by pressing the green button reading 'Start new chat'. Mona will reply instantly to squash any wardrobe worries.

See which elements of style are unique to you with our diagram showing an overview of your quiz results. The more important something is to you, the closer the point will be to the category, creating a different web for each Wherer to see their personal style at a glance.

Yes! Whering can make outfits for you. Please open the Planner and tap 'Discover new outfits' and you'll get outfits made for you. You can also use Dress Me, our outfit shuffle tool, to try out new combinations fast. You can get item-specific outfit ideas, either by pinning the item to Dress Me or by scrolling below the item image to the 'Styling tab' where you'll see our outfit ideas with this item.

Price of items is not visible to other users. Even if you have a public wardrobe, no other Wherers can see how much an item costs.

You can style as many outfits as you like for other Wherers– there’s no limit!

Open the Community tab (the first icon on the lower bar) and tap on a Wherer you want to style. Press the ‘Style [username]’ button at the bottom of your screen to select pieces and put an outfit together for them.

You can follow any public profile you like. We suggest following friends, family, and other Wherers with incredible wardrobes to inspire your style journey.

The Team Whering account is a public profile for you to experiment with. We have loads of amazing pieces to get your creative juices flowing.

You can share your wardrobe with a friend if you have a public Whering profile.

Search your friend’s Whering username in the search bar at the top of the community page. Tap on their profile to follow them to take a look inside their wardrobe.

To change an item image, find the piece you want to edit in your wardrobe and tap the blue menu below the item photo. Once here, choose 'replace item photo' and select your updated image from camera roll.

Yes. Press and hold down on an item/outfit of your choice, click schedule from the options displayed at the bottom of the screen, and choose a date to schedule it for.

Yes, you can upload a photo of you wearing your outfit to the Planner. To do this, open Planner and tap 'Upload OOTD photo' and choose a picture from your camera roll. Tag items you're wearing to keep your stats up to date.

You can change your login details in Settings. Open the Wardrobe tab and tap the three dots in the top right corner. To change the email address attached to your account open 'Personal Information' and enter your new email address in the correct field.

If you're having issues signing in, try resetting your password by following the steps on the sign up page. If you're still having problems, get in touch with our feedback team (or email team@whering.co.uk) and they will ensure you get back into your account.

If you can't see any results in Dress Me, this will be a bug. Our tech team will be aware of it and working to resolve it as soon as possible- you'll find it's up and running again soon.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with W Pick (our 'Discover new outfits' feature). This feature is BETA which means we're still working on perfecting it. It will be working better again soon! We suggest closing the app down and restarting it and you should see outfit suggestions. Your patience is much appreciated.

Yes. To filter your wardrobe go to your Wardrobe. Tap the sliders icon above where your items are listed, on the right hand side of the screen. Here you’ll find a range of filters to make it easier to navigate your wardrobe. Press ‘Apply’ to enable the filters.

Tap on the item you want to buy and press the ‘Go to website’ button to make the purchase.

Now, you can choose a Lookbook to shuffle in Dress Me without applying filters. Tap ‘Style in Dress Me’ in the top right corner when you open a Lookbook and start discovering new outfits with one tap.

Choose a specific item to style in Dress Me by tapping the three dots below the item image and selecting “Style in Dress Me". You’ll be taken straight to Dress Me and see your selected piece already pinned, so you can get styling right away.

Make conscious purchases by adding items you’ve got your eye on to your Wishlist before buying. Head to the wardrobe tab and tap the heart icon next to your profile photo to create a Wishlist. Copy and paste links or upload photos to add items to your Wishlist from any website.

It’s time to get organised. Plan and schedule outfits ahead of time, create events and make packing lists- all in the Planner. To schedule an outfit, tap the Planner icon on the bottom bar and choose from the following options: pick from outfit list, shuffle my outfits, or get a suggestion.

Yes. Filter to view seasonal clothing, favourited items, or Lookbooks. There's also the option to exclude activewear/swimwear and prioritise least worn clothing.

There are multiple ways you can upload your clothes without taking photos. Import images of items you've purchased online or find pieces you already own in our basics range or Whering database.

Yes. Open a Lookbook of your choice and tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner. Swipe to view 'Items' and select any item you wish to add.

You can create a Lookbook by opening the Wardrobe tab and tapping on where it says 'Lookbooks' below your profile picture. Once here, press the plus sign to create Lookbooks and add items/outfits of your choice.

You can create as many outfits as you like for free.

Whering is translated to Portuguese (BR), Spanish, Italian, French and German. We're working on adding more translations as we speak so all our users can enjoy using Whering in their chosen language.

Once you've archived something, you'll find it in the wardrobe tab when you tap the word 'archive' just below the search bar.

Open the wardrobe tab and tap the archive section below the search bar. You'll now see your archived items. Press and hold an item to see the option to unarchive in the lower bar. You can select multiple items in this mode. Tap 'unarchive' to move selected item(s) back into your main wardrobe.

Go to Wardrobe >Items> Tap and hold any item you would like to archive > Archive. You can also go to the item card and archive from there when you scroll below the item image and tap the 'Archive' button.

No. Once you have archived something it will not appear in search results.

No, they are not included in your stats. If you see archived items in your stats, this is a bug. Please let us know so we can fix this issue!

We suggest archiving items that are out of season or in the wash so everything you see is ready to wear.

Right now it’s not possible for users to edit background removal.

You can’t rotate pictures you’ve uploaded. Ensure they are the correct orientation before uploading.

Yes. Add items from Whering basics or the Whering database without having to take any photos.

Whering Basics is a curated selection of staples that you might already own, ready to be added to your digital wardrobe.

The Whering Database is a database of clothing uploaded by other users. If you want to add something to your wardrobe without taking a photo, search the Whering database to see if it’s already been uploaded.

Sorry bestie, now that we have four million users we can no longer offer a white glove service. Digitising your wardrobe is worth the effort, trust our users.

To favourite items, go to Wardrobe and swipe to Wardrobe>Items. Tap the heart in the top left hand corner of the item card to favourite it. You can filter to view your favourite items only by tapping the heart above where your items are listed.

To delete items from your wardrobe, head to Wardrobe and swipe to Wardrobe>Items. Here, you can hold down any item you wish to delete.

You can filter items by season in your wardrobe. Select the wardrobe icon in the lower right corner. Now tap the slider icon next to the search bar and scroll down to find seasons. Select the seasons you wish to filter to, then tap ‘Apply’ and these items will appear on screen.

Right now it’s not possible to export the data from items you’ve uploaded.

There is no maximum number of items you can upload in total. You can select 10 photos to upload at a time.

To add items from the Whering Database, open the Wardrobe tab and tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner. Choose 'Add from Whering database'. Browse or search for the item you're looking for, and tap the plus button to add to your wardrobe.

Find your item online (on the retailer site) and hold down on the item image. Tap ‘Share’ and choose the Whering app. You’ll now see this item in your digital wardrobe. Alternatively, you can add them the same way you'd upload a photo from your camera roll.

Go to your Wardrobe (the wardrobe icon in the lower right corner) tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner to add pieces to your wardrobe. Select 'add from Whering basics'. Expand the pop up to view more basics.

You can view and edit previous packing lists by opening the Planner and tapping the ticket icon in the top right corner. From here, press the suitcase icon in the top right corner to see the packing lists you've made before.

No one can view your packing lists except you! They are private.
